10-step process
From raw hair to finished lash, every step follows a standard procedure.
Our standard process runs in ten manual steps, from preparing human or synthetic hair through knitting, cutting and gluing to final cutting and packing. Each step closes with a quality gate based on our SOP.

Four lines lead our range today: JP 01 and JP 02 premium strip lashes, ULP G cluster lashes and AACT premium lashes. For OEM we work to your spec; for ODM we develop new styles with you.

Our Korea headquarters leads global sales, product planning and final inspection. Xinsheng Cosmetic in China runs mass production and a QC centre. PT Daux Cosmetic in Garut focuses on precision handwork. Designs and technology are shared across all three. Hana Beauty in Tokyo leads our sales in Japan.
